CCI will BUY your used cell phones or properly dispose of your damaged
and obsolete units, but let’s first look at your options.
The best solution for increasing your bottom line is allowing CCI’s
manufacturer certified technicians to refurbish/repair your used
phones. These phones are excellent as loaner, pre-paid phones or
to replace lost or stolen phones for those customers still under
contract.
OK, so you still want to sell your used phones. It's as easy as
following these instructions:
- Package your phones VERY well to protect them in transit.
- E-mail/fax
your completed RA form to CCI (write “FOR BID” in
the customer complaint area .
- Write your RA # on ALL boxes and ship to CCI. Boxes arriving
without an RA # will not be processed!
- Wait by mailbox for
check to arrive.

CCI buys current model phones only. If you request a bid prior to
shipping your used phones, please make a detailed list and e-mail/fax
to the CCI Purchasing Director. Allow 2-3 business days for your
return bid. CCI’s bid is an estimate only. Final bid will
be determined once phones have been processed. Broken, liquid damage
and obsolete phones are NO VALUE phones and will be disposed of
in an environmentally friendly manner. Any phones damaged in transit
are the responsibility of the shipper—package your phones
extremely well or it will cost YOU money! Please contact
