Concept Cellular International, Inc (CCI) is a full service wireless repair center, based outside of San Antonio, TX. Our manufacturer trained and certified technicians troubleshoot and repair most makes and models of cellular phones using state of the art Agilent and Wavetek test equipment. CCI is an recognized Repair Center for most major manufacturers.

CCI uses high quality OEM parts, and backs up our work with a 90-day warranty on all repairs. In addition to wireless phone repairs, CCI offers a wide variety of services ranging from "re-flashing" digital handhelds to a "complete refurb" of your analog 3-watt bag phones. If you need an estimate for repairs, please contact our repair department. All shipments to CCI require a Return Authorization number. To obtain an RA #, download this document and e-mail or fax the completed form to CCI.
