Concept Cellular International, Inc. (CCI)
was founded in 1994 as a wholesaler of refurbished cellular phones.
Late nights in my garage refurbishing 3 watt Motorola bag phones were
followed by long road trips marketing to Carriers and Agents throughout
West Texas.
The cellular industry has gone through enormous changes since
1994 and CCI has evolved as well. We now ship new and refurbished
Analog, TDMA, CDMA, and GSM phones and accessories to customers
in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Our growth has taken us
through five locations in six years currently landing us in our
state of the art repair facility and headquarters located in Boerne,
Texas (pronounced Bur-nee).

are very excited about the success of this program. It has allowed
CCI to contribute to a cleaner environment for the future while
generating proceeds from the recycled phones for local charities
today.
